This is the highest power dual USB charger. A total of 4.8 amps for both port. Each port can produce 3.5 amps depending on demand. The charger has an over sized cap that snaps over the charger face for waterproof protection. No power LED for reduced power consumption. The mount has a nested rubber bushing that allows you to clamp it to handlebars between 3/4", 7/8" and 1" in diameter. The narrow aluminum mount uses only a little over 0.6 inch of handlebar footprint. Each switch has a rubber boot switch cover. The mount can fit on 7/8" and 1.0" handlebars.
